Adriaan Gerber emailed today to announce the completion of my long-awaited sgian dubh. Here are two photos of the new knife and its leather sheath.

  1. An absolutely gorgeous accoutrement. However, always keep in mind the Book of Armaments 2:57, “Thou shalt at all costs avoid the occasion of bringing a knife to a gunfight.” So let it be written, so let it be done!
